We offer a standard deal of LKR 2 million in seed investments for a 20% share of equity in the business and a royalty fee of 2% of total sales for the first three years.
Funds will be released in three tranches:
Immediately: LKR 500,000
Upon reaching ARR* of LKR 100,000: LKR 500,000
Upon reaching ARR* of LKR 250,000: LKR 1 million

*Annual recurring revenue (ARR) refers to the amount of predictable revenue a business can generate in a year calculated by annualizing the average revenue generated in the most recent three month-period.
අපි ඔබගේ ව්‍යාපාරයේ සාමාන්‍ය කොටස් වලින් 20%ක් සඳහා රුපියල් මිලියන 2ක මූලික ආයෝජනයක් කරන්නෙමු. ඉන් අමතරව පළමු වසර තුන සඳහා ව්‍යාපාරයේ මුළු විකුණුම්වලින් 2% ක රෝයල්ටි ගාස්තුවක් (royalty fee) අදාළ වේ.

අනෙකුත් ප්‍රතිලාභ:
නොමිලේ සමාගම් ලියාපදිංචිය: ව්‍යාපාර ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ ක්‍රියාවලියට සම්බන්ධ සියලුම පරිපාලන සහ නීතිමය වියදම් ආවරණය කිරීම.
දියත් කිරීමේ සහාය: ව්‍යාපාර දියත් කිරීම වේගවත් කිරීම සඳහා රාජ්‍ය ආයතන සහ අනෙකුත් සේවා සපයන්නන් සමඟ සම්බන්ධ වීම.
පරිපාලන සහාය: කාර්ය ප්‍රවාහය, මානව සම්පත් සහ ආදායම් වියදම් කළමනාකරණය ඇතුළු ප්‍රධාන මෙහෙයුම් සඳහා සහාය වීම.

Conceptual or seed stage business ideas with projected annual revenue of LKR 1 million in 3-5 years and initial capital requirement below LKR 2 million. Young founders under 30 years of age are preferred. The business must be based in Sri Lanka.
Are we seeking for innovative startups? Yes and no. While innovative ideas will certainly catch our interest, we are equally open to traditional business models, provided they are simple and feasible.
